Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original condition

• Items must be returned in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final Sale Items

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping
Customers will receive a return shipping label from dizzymerchstore@gmail.com to print and attach to the packaging.
